Off Topic Chips

Not the TUI rep known as Chippy but them little sliced potato things.

What colour should they be? Golden, brown or dark brown? For me golden brown and slightly crispy.

What should you put on them? Salt, vinegar, red sauce, brown sauce, saad cream, curry sauce? Again for me, if it’s an eat in the street it’s salt and vinegar. If it’s an eat in then has to be salt and chop sauce (brown).

Guess we all know Fat Boy’s but what about you?

 

If chips from the fish n chips shop then salt and vinegar

Chip song chips, proper thick ones, not the french fries ****. Plenty of salt, then cover them with gravy and grated cheese on top.

Sorry, I only know secondary school teachers. He needs a primary school teacher, perhaps @Hung Drawn and Quartered knows one (I am certain he said his daughter works in primary, worried face smiley)

 

The more alarming thing is that salad cream has been mentioned rather than mayonnaise.

 

Tomato ketchup is the only sauce that should be put on chips.

Anything else is barbaric.

 

I like curry sauce on my chips.

With some tandoori chicken.

And rice.

And lamb.

And naan bread.

 

Tomato sauce, curry sauce or gravy.

 

All of them together if you are Obi.

 

I knew you were on a diet and that proves it.

 

Facepalm.

Chips and curry are both great, but putting them together is full of wrong. It's like people who get chips with a Chinese takeaway away.
