Not if you can think of a "different way of cheating" and not get punished for your previous cheating.
From reports at their similarly overpriced Manchester gigs, Eddie Vedder's voice is shot - and he seems to have broken a foot too
I imagine that Spurs will be covered financially on this and only the band losing out. Not sure how fans get refunds though?
There will be insurance for everything. No-one will lose out financially except for the insurance companies.
The fact that we have a retractable pitch could come in handy if that happened. Football players? Where? What players? We didn't see any players.
There are suggestions that the club are close to awarding contracts for construction of the hotel and residential developments behind the South Stand. Hopefully, there will be an announcement of additional equity coming into the club to cover the costs. It will come as no surprise to anyone that the spec is extremely high and not a penny will be spared on achieving the desired results. As long as this is totally funded by additional investment and doesn't impinge on the sporting side of the club, as the stadium development did, it's all good...but there's gonna be some terrible press...so, some upturn in 'on the pitch matters' wouldn't go amiss.
I read an article the other day that suggest the stadium is the third highest grossing sporting venue in the world. That's truly remarkable if this is true. I can't be sure of the veracity of the article and nor can I recall where I saw it!
I remember it well Smithy. The areas with limited view, having your shoes and trousers pissed on,missing part of thr second half if you wanted a drink but, mostly, relegation to Div 2.
