It literally always was. England couldn't be arsed with the last Nations League so aren't in the top group, so they are literally in group B. The problem is that the Nations League is just a waste of time, its just international friendlies in a group format. Created to replace friendlies, when all the players were asking to scrap friendlies altogether not to have something in their place. International games should not happen during the season at all. Get rid of them and the season would either have more breathing room or end earlier, which would help with fatigue before major tournaments.
