    Seems a bit odd that he will stand down after this season but then present the BBC WC coverage in 2026. If both parties couldn't agree to an extra year he shouldn't be doing the WC.

    I hope so, he's by far the best out there IMO. I might even start watching MOTD again after Lineker's gone, especially if he takes the Mogadon twins with him.
