Nunez going on to scored made it irrelevant really. However, Bailey should have still been booked for a deliberate pull back (if the ref has actually realised it was a foul)

Booking him as the last defender is a sending off offence. The referee played safe who cares ?.

It's not a sending off if the advantage is played and a goal is scored (which we did)

Yeah, but Coote didn't play advantage, he waved it away as no foul. If we hadn't scored we'd have got nothing from it - he wouldn't even have brought it back for a free.

Think it’s one that can argue both ways.

didn’t stop a goal scoring opportunity and Nunez scored…

    however

It clearly stopped Salah having a goal scoring opportunity because he couldn’t go on

he waved it away as no foul when it patently was. Bent as ****. He was probably devastated that Nunez went on to score

    Plus Tierney was on var.

Both were done up like a kipper there.

Two of the slimmest nastiest most corrupt officials going.

I think that incident on Saturday was very similar to the Ghost Goal with Chelsea - Cech clearly fouled Baros
Was a red regardless of the goal but nothing was given
I think in those situations whether right or wrong the ref will always get away with that decision.

I find it strange that this video has only just come out. It could have been used for leverage on countless occasions. It may be nothing but imo, we are not that far away from a match fixing scandal involving bribing and/or extorting referees and betting syndicates or powerful rich people (I say no more).

Some are saying that the guy filming it must be a Utd fan, as Coote was involved in the penalty West Ham got.

I don't think so. For those who like to use labels, maybe xenophobe fits the bill.

    Would that matter for coote?

The first one imo was a clear case of exaggerating thst most refs would not give at all. They certainly wouldn't give a free out for it which was inexplicable.

The second imo has been given and will likely be given in a weeks time again. It's a matter of opinion but again if coote has it in for us he could easily have given that. Maybe he missed it but Tierney on var?

For me the game was defined by a clear and obvious error that got covered up by nunez scoring. I'd like to hear the conversation recording there as I am very sure coote got told he had an absolute howler.

I think this then affected his decisions for the rest of game.

Remember this clown started the game by letting tielemans pull salah over then scream in his face. He then booked tielemans for a small enough foul at in the half.

He clearly goes into games saying you will be nothing from me salah (race, who knows)

He has made a howler and went on to male several more.l during the game but Tierney didn't give him anything on var.
