in the budget Rattlesnake brought it to the fore .. we have had "LORD? SO AND SO SO?" Do a complete analysis of the NHS and it is broken!! we intend to mend it ................

AS I PUBLISHED A MONTH OR [ 2 ] MORE AGO... this same person got paid £m's? to do one back in the 90's this new one is 90% almost like for like ............. Labour had over a term [ maybe over 2 terms ] in power to do something .....they didnt! NO WONDER Rattlesnake didnt dwell on that point! just stating how many £bn's they would inject in this budget. before adding the old chestnut ... "down to ..........."!

the multi tier management is the problem?

No it’s ok John as Labour categorically said they wouldn’t be using any hotels for the invaders and burdening the taxpayer further, as they would smash the gangs
So Kier, how’s that going for you as your approval ratings fall below that of any prime minister in history

He was never really a politically blessed opposition leader even less so a PM .....I have spouted on about past visits to QC's now KC's of course in relation to job. One thing one said it is the job of the prosecutor or defense to prove beyond doubt their client... even if it means avoiding telling the truth and by discreditting the opposition [ accused ] both sides probably know the truth but neither will present any knowledge to help the other! even if you know deep down they are guilty /not guilty [ works both ways ]

2 tier Harmer is like a ground worker with a pneumatic road drill swapping jobs with no training and becoming a brain surgeon!

They’ll grant them all asylum, you know they will

And we’ll have another big slice of uneducated and unskilled young men arriving with medieval mindsets from the 3rd world, that we will be expected to pay for

You only have to look at what happened in Amsterdam last week as proof of what the west has imported

quiet day today just another 209 in 4 boats ... thats known landings via border force! .. other craft that deposit people on our shore do not get to be in this daily total

The data on arrivals includes individuals who:
    • are detected on arrival in the UK
    • are detected in the Channel by UK authorities and subsequently brought to the UK
The data on arrivals does not include individuals who:
    • arrive in the UK on larger vessels, such as go-fast craft, yachts (except those arriving in the area of operations of small boats), motor cruisers, tugs and fishing vessels – although these are rarely used by irregular migrants at present
    • arrive in the UK clandestinely on larger vessels not referenced above, including where hidden in a vehicle on a ferry
    • are prevented from departing France, or those intercepted by French authorities and returned to France
    • arrive in the UK undetected, or where there have been reports of people making the crossing, but no actual encounters
    Uncontrolled landings
‘Boats involved in uncontrolled landings’ are a subset of ‘boats detected’. Uncontrolled landings are boats which have been recorded as arriving in the UK without interception. Any people detected in uncontrolled landings are counted in ‘irregular migrants recorded arriving by small boat’.

PENSIONERS ARE PAYING FOR ALL THESE LANDINGS SINCE July 4th

Curses to millions of tories that decided not to vote

Sorry John, I’m conservative both politically and as a person.

But the Tories got a bloody nose in the election and they absolutely deserved it after straying from core conservative values under May and particularly Johnson.

I, like many others, voted Reform as a protest vote as I couldn’t bring myself to ever vote Labour.

The Tories became way too liberal for my liking and I suspect many millions of others felt totally let down too

They need to prove to the electorate over the next 4 and a bit years that they will be properly fit for purpose next time around and that hard lessons have been learned

Then they might get the public to vote for them again unless Reform retain the ex Tory voters

So this magic 'Growth' budget makes Tesco £1Billion worse off.
M&S are looking at another £150million to pay out.
Obviously every business will have to shell out.

Can anyone, preferably Ashton, explain to me how this ridiculous punitive tax will aid growth.

this is a testament to what is really bad as there are 6 main supermarkets now TESCO SAINSBURY MORRISONS ASDA ALDI LIDL AND COOP ..... MAKES A 7TH ALTHOUGH PRICES ARE STUPIDLY HIGH .. [ MOST SHORT DATE/ REDUCED PRICES OFTEN MORE THAN MAINSTREAM NORMAL ON SHELF PRICES ] sorry about the CAPS!.... in a rush!

that is a 50% grab on Tesco profits which robs a few thousands of ordinary people who invest in their shares to facing cuts in the divi! will wreak havoc with pension funds as most have shares in top 4 and dividends is a good income....

like the major finance experts keep stating the labour .gov has no real MP who is experienced in business management and be fair ... the UK economy is a massive business! ... are we DOOoooooooooooommmmed

Shares and pension funds are an issue but how the hell does it enthuse employers like Tesco to take on more staff.

And interest rates came down 0.25% last week but the banks and building societies won’t pass on the savings to mortgage holders as they realise that rates could soon be on the rise again, just like inflation

    t
the promise when still the BOE was using the improving tory economy [ 3 months in arrear ] was that interest rates would go down 2 or 3 more times from the 5% within the fiscal year providing inflation stayed or bettered 2% Octobers % is reflective on the triple lock so payment to pensioners in 2026 liklely to be based on wages?
Labour not having business accumen does not look beyond the "now" living in the dream world of a deficet of £22bn ... shot down by at least 2 fiscal groups OBR being one as only being £9,000,000,000,... will need something really drastic to change............................

I think Tesco employ the most, and have always paid above minimum and given opportunities to all "humans" be they physically fit or lacking and old or young. They will most likely break their "in house rule" of limiting OAP's in favour of school or younger population. shopping there [ Briz ] a couple shoppings ago of the 5 tills open 4 were obvious OAP's..... they dont pay NI ... nor do self employed so maybe that is a get out of jail card! albeit a rather messy one if you have never been self employed and had to regular tax returns!

every now and then little snippets are popping their heads up ... one reason why NET IMMIGRATION SHOULD FALL IS .............

"As for Sir Keir, he has been careful to put no figure to his newly-issued promises to reduce both net migration and irregular migration. But it seems likely that even without any action from his government, net migration will fall due to the Sunak government’s tightening of the Johnson-era visa regime, and the slowing of those from Hong Kong and Ukraine seeking entry."

NOW WITH THE MASSES CROSSING this drop is likely to be infilled ... so will never happen?

PMQ's PM never answered a single Q .. JUST PUSHED IT BACK even with respect to Lib Dems and threw in a 1p reduction for a pint well THAT IS a load of tosh ... BREWERY will increase beer by a few pence..... and Landlords state they also will need to increase a pint by a couple pence to cover costs so 1p decrease id actually a 2-3p increase .. and most pubs now round prices to 10p .

    TROUBLE BREWING inAltrincham, ..........

Around 300 asylum seekers are being housed at the Cresta Court Hotel in Altrincham, near Manchester, many of them arriving in the last few weeks having made treacherous small boat journeys across the English Channel.
News of their presence sparked a row because the Cresta Court has been newly turned over to migrants at a time when the government has pledged to end the practice of housing asylum seekers in town centre hotels.
And things only became more heated when Nathan Evans, Conservative group leader at the local council, claimed asylum seekers housed at the Cresta Court Hotel in Altrincham had been contracted to a private 'doctors' system'.
It later emerged that they are in fact getting treatment on the NHS from not-for-profit provider GTD Healthcare.
Fury also erupted after locals had weddings and other long-planned functions booked at the Best Western hotel, owned by a group chaired by former BBC director general Greg Dyke, had been cancelled because of its asylum status.

The free health care for migrants has not gone down too well with many residents.
Cleaner Jill Hobbs, 60, said: 'It's wrong that they can get free health care. It's a nightmare trying to get appointments as it is.
'It seems foreigners are getting the best treatment which is wrong.
Everyone is talking about the migrants being here

we seem to be living in a dictatorship? . no matter was said or promised the LIES & deceit JUST GET WORSE

They haven’t got a clue between them

The trouble is, Starmer is not a politician, he’s certainly not a Prime Minister either
He’s just a bureaucrat with no clue and is as out of touch as anyone

Labour hate working people, farmers, OAPs, small businesses, big business, private education and free speech, and they want to stifle any sign of aspiration

They are Orwellian in their actions

It’s about time there was a vote of no confidence in this rabble

And since Labour came to power, UK growth has dropped from 0.5% to 0.1%

he is a lawyer ..all his thinking is that of a lawyer ... we are the jury and the crowd that fills the court for him to perform in front of...........

he has spent all his life whether defence or prosecution endeavouring pursue the case whether he knows the truth or not .. usually done by "personal attacks against, or avoiding knowing his client has done what stated" A KC in Lincoln Fields told me when defending someone you have to win at all costs! this often means avoiding the truth, it is like a game you have to "outwit" the opposition. [ words close to that effect ]

2 TIER HARMER does just that ... did so in opposition instead of getting involved involved in what politics is all about ............ basically housekeeping / balancing the books / facing realism/ & being able to listen and not spout unfounded idealism .....

He has gone through a whole parliamentary sitting ..4 years .. with a group of cronies ... inc 3 women closest who were yes people ........ on becoming PM HE DIDNT REALLY HAVE TO PICK A CABINET .......... one was nailed in AR! but she got a tatty job that would be near impossible ... housing! ... we need 200.000 houses just for immigrants that are here ... now! about 400,000 houses for British citizens that have been on the waiting list for at least 5 years[ [ LAST YEAR OF TORY.GOV and still being completed is over 300,000 homes, just look around Bristol there is quite a few thousand ]
