    Kalif Du Berlais was jumping like an absolute stag in the Graduation Chase at Carlisle before taking off a whole stride too soon and landing on top of the open ditch at the bottom of the hill. If that doesn't knock him back too badly he will be a serious novice chaser this season.

    it’ll be interesting to see. According to FOB Carlisle is one of the easier courses for a chaser to run at. It’ll be interesting to see if that plays out with KDB career.

    I thought it was just a novicey error Nass but it can of course have left a big mark on the horse psychologically
