Great work in the middle from Hutchinson. Davis and Szmodics linking up really well. Delap with the positioning to make sure of it. Great, quick move. Built on a solid backline that’s benefitted from Tuanzebe coming back in the line up. Really positive first 45 minutes this.
In all seriousness though, defence looks a lot more settled with Tuanzebe back there. Ben Johnson providing a bit more defensive solidity when Spurs is on the attack too, moving to a five at the back system. Hutchinson and Szmodics have been busy and effective in attacking midfield. All in all, McKenna’s completely outcoaching Ange at the moment. We’re really playing like a team so far.
