I'm dreading this second half, wish the game was over now lol !! Hope we can just get a couple more and defending can improve. And doubt 1 more goal will finish newcastle off, don't forget Arsenal, 4-0 up and 4-4. Still 45mins to go hope we keep it up
Yep couple of woeful decisions there but we've had our big share of bad luck this season so I'm not complaining. Still think with Ba being marked by Luiz you'll get back into this, my heart stops every time they go toe to toe
To be honest i've got to agree, his been **** and Luiz shoulda gone, but the amount of bad refeering we've had this season we deserve some luck
We've definitely got no chance with Perch on the pitch. Getting another CB in January needs to be the priority!
Simpson and Ryan Taylor have been very poor for us, your lads are taking the piss out of them. Perch is basically the club harlequin so bringing him on in place of Coloccini is the most terrifying prospect I can think of.Ba is having a good game so far though and if we get a goal from anywhere my money would be on him. Can't even begin to express my shock at how bad Mike Dean is though, how on earth he can make piss poor calls like that in the PL I have no idea.
I am amazed how bad Mike Dean can be. I thought that I had already seen the worst of him in years gone by but he, somehow, takes ineptitude to new depths. I don't mind the Throw In decision so much but that is just salt in the wound after the non-sending off. Sometimes I think we would do better without referees.
Watching the replays at half time...I'm gobsmacked, truly, truly gobsmacked! Sturridge has been terrifying and Mata is ridiculously sharp...Thing is though, could they afford to be pushing on so much with only 10 men on the pitch?
Why the **** wasn't that a sending off? And then Colo goes off injured and I new then I was right when I said we would lose this game.
Of course not, if the ref had of sent Luiz off like he should have it would have been a very different game. Chelsea would have to take off one of the attackers so probably Mata or Sturridge so we would have lost one of biggest attacking threats. Newcastle are still in with a chance as Chelsea's defence this season has been a disgrace. I really wish Alex would start ahead of Luiz. Centre Backs are supposed to be solid players who rarely make mistakes, this isnt the case with Luiz unfortunetly. I would be happier if he played at right back or in midfield insead.
My Black 3rd strip with Speed 11 on the back has just arrived...Hope the big man is looking down on us in the 2nd half!
