I'd never play Vyner at FB. Tempted to go with Vyner, McNally and Atkinson in a back 3. Earthy and Pring as WBs. Then Knight, McGuane, Bird, Yu and Wells. When's Twine back ?

Bristol City are a team that is rarely competent enough to make a challenge for success and it looks like the same old ending will happen again this season. All of these supposed commitments about this season is the one where we go for it much look just the same as the last 10 years or so. Our leadership, if you can call it that, doesn't have the commitment we would like to see in rebuilding a squad capable of a consistent top ten in the table. There surely has to be something hiding in the dark halls of Ashton Gate that squashes any thought of reaching the Premiership and if you consider how many of our new players usually fail to meet the remit expected why will it be any better next time out. Let's face the truth in that if you were an aspiring young player looking to improve your lot then why the hell would you want to come to us? The overall business plan has not met the mandate for far too long and it has to be the common denominators that are causing the problems and I would suspect there is a certain person's name on the door that needs to face the music.
It's pretty serious for Norwich. We're missing our 1st choice keeper, central mids and centre forwards, plus several backups. You couldn't pick a better time to play Norwich. Sounds like it may be your makeshift defence against our makeshift everything except defence.
I agree. Mehmeti is more likely to score out of those 2 but Armstrong gives us some muscle which Mehmeti can’t. It might make us a bit lightweight imho - but let’s see.
