SL was quoted from Senior Reds meeting as saying it’s going to be towards the end of next year( I paraphrase)

Last month SL confirmed we have the go ahead, he expects work to start 9-12 months time.

Main contractors like clients or if massive projects like a McAlpines, Costains Laings Stanska come first. Depending on the cost of the project, I would think it’s going to be design clients subbing it out.
Normal ground workers or frame (slip forming etc) contractors come later, they can’t bid for the contract till they get prices from people like us. So they all get the specifications and drawings. Send them off to us to view then price. Then they can submit their prices to the client to win the contract.
