Looking at the highlights, it made us look a lot better than I remember us doing on the night. That seems to happen quite a lot. We don't pass the ball around as prettily between highlights-worthy moments, but we still seem to create more of them than the play would seem to merit. Having the commentary really made me realise how much of a danger Aliyev was the entire game. He could be a real problem for England at the Euros, he's the sort of player you guys often struggle against, a bit like Thomas Muller at the last world cup, I thought.

AHHH, but is he "STOKE FIT" - ya know - like Delap, Diao, Sidibe, Floodgate etc...... Then again, We could stick 8 million into him and play him only 36 minutes so far this season in the Prem, our most important and lucrative competition....
