I'd go ...............Pandur Coyle, Jones, Hughes, Giles, ...Zambrano, Puerta, Slater.. Karama, Palmer, Belloumi According to a Pompey fan we're playing Kamara on the wrong wing. Nothing would surprise me.
Giles is interesting, I think Drameh has been excellent, but the lack of a left footer has been obvious.
Giles instead of Drameh, Omur for Kamara, and Palmer for Puerta. Last one of those seems bizarre, Slater preferred over Puerta?
Been calling for a LB at LB, so happy to see Giles starting. Please don't let me down! As good as Coyle has been (other than last game, bar one driving run), wouldn't have minded to see what Drameh can do at RB. Maybe he gets 20-30 mins later on. Not sure why Puerta isn't starting. And Pedro has to somehow get involved more (partly down to service, partly down to him making sure he's involved)
Drameh was gash on Saturday. Giles has been amongst the least impressive signings I've seen at City for years. If he's interested in being a professional footballer rather than a sulky chops he needs to stand up big time. Ok buddy, you think you're too good for us. Fine. Prove it.
Don't know how Slater keeps getting a start. Got to assume Puerta is still short of fitness. Despite us having a million midfielders, looking at the bench, we don't really have any other options.
