It's got to the point where I think I'd prefer no promotion, PL looks so crap. Let's just get title and repeat
I hate VAR I hate the favouritism towards the "big clubs" I hate the never changing title winners and lack of emotion from their fans...as it's become the norm However, the money from promotion to a self-sufficient club like Sunderland would be invaluable. Odds are that any team who goes up will come down but id be there for the ride with absolutely no expectations other than to play our style of football and not overspend.
Only thing that spoils that clip is the clip of Wilkinson reminding me what a fecking horrible decision we made giving him the job
Don’t watch too much Sky Sports these days other than the Super Sunday matches but it’s good to see them actually giving airtime to someone who knows what she’s talking about. Came across Nieve a few years ago, she started out creating content in the lower leagues vlogging mostly Bolton matches iirc. Shame about the 3 beige blokes on there!
It IS more enjoyable when you win most weeks. I do not miss turning up to home games expecting defeat. Since we got promoted under Roy Keane we played 380 home games in the PL. We won 95 of them
Nice little quiz on safc.com. Can you name all of the French players who have played for us? https://www.safc.com/news/2024/november/13/can-you-name-the-french-players-to-play-for-sunderland/
