I'm having a sort out of my clothes and came across my old Rock City security shirt. It's a white Wrangler with long sleeves, fold back cuffs and pearly press studs down the front. That was in case someone attempted to pull you over, the press studs would just pop before you planted them. It has ROCK CITY SECURITY on the back and over the front breast pocket. I haven't seen it for years and thought it had vanished as so many precious things seem to do. It brought a tear to my eye, I held it close to me and kissed it. Sorry if that sounds soppy but it holds so many wonderful memories of so many incredible bands and incredible nights. It all seems like a wonderful dream now. Anyway, enough of that, on to the point. I decided I'd take it to my usual picture framer to see if they could mount it so I could have it on the wall of my office. It would be expensive but it's like Porterfield's 73 shirt to me. I clicked on Amazon, on the off chance I could just buy one, and there's f*cking loads ... ... it'll be here tomorrow and just clicks together.
