Chased shadows a lot in the first half, but much better performance in the Second. Absolutely mad 8-9 minutes at the start of the second half turned the game on its head. Cracking goal from Kitch. Thought she was our best player today. I've seen a lot of our new keeper and I have to confess I don't have much faith in her. Claudia Moan joining the unwashed has left us much weaker in the goalkeeping department. Don't quite know why Katy Watson isn't getting a start. Don't think Dale is as good as Liz Ejupi was and Watson is much more mobile. We play the ball over the top a lot, so surely it makes sense to have someone with a bit of pace leading the line. Good 3 points though. We've played every team above us (before today) so there's only the bottom 3 to play in the first round of matches. Hopefully we can pick up maximum points and climb the table.
We’ve dominated Blackburn so the goal is disappointing. Think if we carry on the way we’ve been playing we will get another one though.
