Generally someone willing to work with what he’s got and utilise the midfield rather than have no midfielders to pick up the sodding ball
I think most managers do. This system just doesn’t work on a consistent basis as there’s no chance of playing through the middle consistently.
TW is treading water... He went ape-$hit when Coyle went on the long run, then lost the ball, but won it back again...only to lose it in a 50/50. We lost most 50/50s and of course the final pass never finds the feet of someone running in, plus our corners must be the worst of any team in the league. Second half, we have a corner, Belloumi stands over it, with Omur standing five yards from him. Ball goes into the box and we lose the loose ball on the edge of their box. No £ecking surprise when one of our players in standing on the £ecking wing like a spare prick at a wedding. Come on it's basic stuff! FCOL.
Ruben Selles at Reading, done an incredible job under tough circumstances. Has coached at the top level, think he’d be a really good appointment
I think Sheff Wed will be moving their guy on after that 2-6 home game today, maybe wait it out for him?
Bloke walking along Walton Street, after the game, hit the nail on the head, for me, by saying. 'If he's (Tim Walter) here next season, I for one won't be renewing.' If that sentiment builds a head of steam, the owner will have to act, if not today or tomorrow, but at the end of the season. That's assuming he lasts that long.
If results are poor over a sustained period then I doubt Tim will be here. But if results are decent he will be, and so will the fickle nail on the head guy.
