They are getting away with fouls and if we have a chance of a break they either fouls us or one of them drops to the floor feigning injury. They are sitting back and trying to soak up pressure and hit us on the break.
I was blaming Trent for bad passing earlier but the whole team is doing a pretty poor job on the pass today, probably not fair to pick on him given the last few minutes.
We are not at the races at present. Only Gakpo and Nunez have turned up. Tsimikas has not been to bad, but the rest are well off the pace.
The problem is Brighton are pressing hard and chasing every ball and we're passing as if expecting them to stand still. Brighton doing a great job at challenging every space and anticipating where the ball is going.
Macallister has been awful this half. We have not closed them down at all so they have just passed it out from the back and walked through our midfield.
Trent is already sunning himself in Spain based on his performance today. We have Bradley on the bench who at least can put a tackle in

Fair play to Brighton. Tactically excellent, more energy and working better We are a fat mess playing without a rb for no discernable reasons I'd the shape is so poor it's easy close down. Tje gaps are too big.
