Great thread as usual @RTB. Reading it all a bit earlier today as I'm dropping the Mrs off at Sunderland Empire, then heading through to Shields to set up @Oldsandy iptv in time for today's game. I'm going for a comfortable 3 -1 win to the lads, with Roberts, Isidor and Jobe on the scoresheet. Ha'Way The Lads.
I'm pretty sure RLB will have identified his skills and how he can fit into the system,if at all. There'll likely be a dossier on him a foot thick! When you say he's not well liked....has passed me by.....do you mean fans, teammates, management, his mother...or who?
Hopefully means Rigg has travelled dwn n is OK to be involved. Mayenda will be on the bench so hoping that's the only change to the squad
Last time I was at Loftus Road was mid week 2011. won 3-2 with a last minute winner after throwing away a 2-0 lead Hoping for a more comfortable win today but think it will probably be a tight tough game. Like their manager and think their in a bit of a false position
As I posted on here yesterday I was told rigg wouldn’t be involved. If there’s been a last minute change I don’t know
Possibly, depends if we have taken 2 'spare' players down with us. We will have 3 GKs n usually we will have a spare outfield player so hoping that's jones
If rigg is out Browne would be the obvious replacement but think I would play Connolly we haven’t seen much of him but he’s definitely got something seems really good at holding the ball up and is a real goal threat
Copley saying Jones is there but hasn't seen Patto or Rigg https://x.com/JamesCopley_/status/1852705249196183775?t=CyanS3GB6gExOIUMtN2QWQ&s=19
Big news. Potentially Jake Clarke Salter has picked an injury midweek for these. Hopefully nowt serious of course but for our benefit that would be huge
