I'd say the two main things Le Bris has given us is a) giving every player a clearly understandable job and getting them to do it well and b) analysing the opposition and figuring out how specifically to beat each team. Very intelligent bloke but he's all about practicality and results not theories.
Biomechanics and physiology will do that to you. It's about facts and practical information that you always act on. Not ifs and buts.
