    One that I used to love doing before the age of the mobile was when somebody called you and it was a wrong number ... you'd answer and they'd say something like "Oh, I'm so sorry, I've dialled the wrong number" ...

    My playful response was "No problem, it was ringing anyway" ...

    The momentay silence and obvious confusion on the other end of the line was very funny ...

    Alas, technology killed the mischief ...
