Total rotation anyone? Not sure on bradley. I didn't hear much on this one. Gomez must start (be it rb or cb) Quansah can have a go Tsimikas should start. Endo? Slot seems reticent Morton? Kid is being wasted so I doubt we will see this. Jones or szobo? Elliott from bench? Gakpo to start? Nunez the only option at rw Chiesa was mentioned as being sort of in training so we will see. This is the one time you really want a few of the loanees who are not getting games to be available it's perfect for Gordon.
If fit enough give Chiesa and Elliott a run out and maybe Quansah and Endo and then fill out the other places with anyone not first choice or regularly being subbed on .
Jaros Bradley (if fit) - Gomez - Quansah - Tsimikas Endo - Jones - Morton Chiesa (if fit) - Nunez - Gakpo Elliott off the bench if fit.
Bradley is training so could play, Jota, Alisson Elliot and Chiesa out. Starting to worry about Chiesa it has all been very vague here is what Slot said today " It's always difficult to say because he goes a bit up and down so sometimes he's there with us and trains a few days and then goes out for an injury again. I don't want to put days or weeks on it because I think we just have to make sure he gets in the best possible shape and don't put any pressure on him."
Jaros starts! Gomez & Quansah CB's. Bradley as RB. Morton starts! Have to hope Brighton don't play their strongest team as our midfield could be overrun. Gravenberch not even on the bench
Good to see how Morton plays. Do well and could make yourself 2nd choice 6 behind Gravenberch with Endo clearly not being favoured. Be good to see Nyoni get game time.
Fairly comfortable but most of our issues is ponderous play with extra touches and slow passing, especially at the back zone and Endo and morton. It'd just all taking a bit too long. We've had most of the good chances, not that there were many but we had two or three. Robertson as usual miles behind his cbs played them on for a decent save by jaros. I will be interested to see what subs we bother to make later.
Decent game. Brighton sat back into shape and struggle to find gaps but got down sides a few times. Brighton looking to hit on the counter and causing couple issues. Right winger loves a dive
