For over a month there has been a drip-feed of ideas about how the useless Communists are going to raise taxes.

Capital Gains Tax looks a certainty, as does removing the freeze on the Fuel Duty Price Escalator. Fill the tank before Reeves puts petrol up and claims that it is to save the planet. There is no chance of anything being done about the Communist Health Service so more money will be thrown into the bottomless pit with hospital staff numbers having gone up 17 per cent in the last five years but productivity having fallen by 11 per cent over the same period. It is the envy of the world.

The freeze on tax thresholds will be extended even further so that people get dragged into higher tax brackets as they get pay rises. Ironically, the poorest ‘working people’ will lose out the most as Reeves is going to raise the Minimum Wage by nearly six per cent, so anyone on a low salary working more than 19.9 hours a week will start paying Income Tax – a proper Robin Hood gesture, giving with one hand and taking back with the other.

When it comes to raiding pensions, Reeves will spare public sector ‘working people’ and only target private sector ‘working people’. With employer National Insurance contributions expected to be raised, it is little surprise that the rate at which small businesses are being wound up has accelerated over the last two months. Losing a few Small and Medium Enterprises is not a worry though as they only employ 16 million people. Whether SMEs will be in a hurry to employ anyone new with Rayner’s crackpot workers’ rights bill on the way is another matter.

Tuesday October 29, 1929 – The Crash, the most devastating day in the history of the New York Stock Exchange; the beginning of the Great Depression.

Wednesday October 30, 2024 – what sort of devastation can we expect 95 years and one day later? The failed economist Reeves is on a tightrope and the markets might decide to bring about her downfall. If she rewrites the borrowing rules, the bond markets will push yields higher making public sector debt more expensive. More money spent servicing debt equals less money to spend on public services.

This woman had her House of Commons credit card suspended by the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority after she ran up £4,000 of unauthorised payments; and it was not unfrozen until she cleared the debt.
This woman told a GB News interviewer that checking her bank balance showed that she had more money going out than coming in, even though as an ordinary MP at the time she had a salary of over £86,000 and her husband is a senior civil servant earning more than that.
This woman used Parliamentary expenses to pay someone else to fill in her tax return, a luxury that ‘working people’ do not enjoy.
This woman cannot manage her own finances so is it any wonder that only the totally deranged think that she can do a remotely competent job as Chancellor of the Exchequer?

According to Rachel Reeves, her mum used to sit at the kitchen table and comb over the finances line by line as every penny mattered. What a shame that her daughter seems to be incapable of even basic arithmetic and is living at No. 11 Downing Street getting someone else to do the arithmetic for her and claiming it on expenses.

Has anybody seen the costings for all those public sector pay rises that Reeves gave the green light soon as she got into No. 11? What about the pay rises for the poor ‘working people’ driving trains?

Does she have a definition of “family finances” that anyone would recognise? Sir Keith Stalin cannot define “woman” or “working people”.

Reeves was the tea girl and if anyone thinks that the Bank of England has been doing a good job for the last twenty five years they clearly need to be given one of those jackets that zips up at the back.

Inflation is a form of theft. It only works while there is someone to rob. Central Banks print money and distribute it to people who then get ripped off by it. Inflation is economically destructive and robs the masses but it keeps cash flowing to the Elites for a while. Gresham’s Law: bad money drives good money out of circulation.

With the Chancellor ideologically wed to the idea of redistribution of wealth, the middle classes are no longer considered to be ‘working people’ because they have squirreled money away in pensions and savings funds to look after themselves in later years. If the Communists cannot steal some of that wealth and squander it now then they can just reduce the amounts that you can squirrel away.

That should cause an exodus of people at the top end of the public sector earnings bracket, like NHS consultants, who will have maxed out their thresholds. If you put some of your taxed income into things like ISAs then they do not want you doing that but going out and spending the money to try and cause growth, something that no government is capable of achieving.

Those that are tasked with such things can't find the evidence for the £22 billion black hole they keep trying to hide behind.

From what I have read, the OBR is planning on publishing an audit report tomorrow (Budget day), which former Chancellor Jeremy Hunt is trying to get blocked on the grounds of it clearly being a political stunt.

The media rumour mill is already doing overtime suggesting that it might show that half of the alleged £22bn ‘black hole’ is actually down to £9bn of pay awards dished out by the current Chancellor before she changed the rules so that such things would have to be vetted first by the OBR. There was a ‘black hole’ in the OBR’s March report but Labour never bothered to read it.

I see Nick Kyrgios is claiming that the pyramids were not built by earthlings.

Peopleoids are finally awakening to alien intervention at long last <ok>

Humanoids are descended from aliens, of that there is no doubt.

Chuck Darwin proposed "evolution" but believed in God. He was full of ****ing **** although he himself could have been the "missing link" and most likely managed Watford FC at some point. ****ing hypocritical loony <ok>

Starmer would have known this right from the start.

The timing of this press release is surely just coincidental, and nothing to do with the budget.

Does that mean loads of knuckle draggers on the streets again, smashing up the property, of the poor people who live nearby to the awful tragedy?

Or have they learned their lesson?
