WELL tomorrow is the day that the tories know who will be the parties 2 to be voted in as PM I favour Badenoch and Cleverly, Badenoch more so after seeing a couple of her Utube encounters. In todays vote the 16 votes floating mostly went to Cleverly and 2 to Badenoch Jenrick lost 2 who voted for him last time 1 mp didnt vote!

Yesterday it rained in one form or another from 8am till 7pm almost solidly at least 4 stair rod showers of 2 to 5 mins heavy rain about 6 times [ these caused extra wide "rivers" to flow down the road gutters about 2 foot wide! Empty bucket in garden has 4 and a half inch's rain it this am it was empty Monday night from my 6 x 4 ft shed roof my 1000 litre tank has filled with over 450 litres of water and now overflows since end of AUGUST! ....... Daughter came home from Antalya turkey last week 4 hour flight took 5 hours 6 hours almost on plane after boarding had evil turbulence over Germany/ France ... so hopefully that will have gone...lol

Cleverly being surpassed by Jenrick the individual members of the party now vote for their leader by sometime after the budget PMQ's today FREEGEAR again shunted around an answer and in each Question reply threw up the blackhole at least once or twice . Speaker on the last Q failed in his job as FREEGEAR answered it then made a pre written statement unrelated, Rishi got chastised when he did the same! ... The last speaker"resigned" because, alledgedly he leant toward Labour getting away with similar actions..........!

The flight from Bristol to Paphos which picked us up yesterday left nearly 30 minutes late from Bristol, but arrived in Cyprus 10 minutes early hitting nearly 560 knots on the way due to a good tailwind Our flight home was also very bumpy and took almost 5 hours due to the headwind Landing at Bristol, the ground wasn’t even visible until we were about to touch down thanks to the low cloud and murk And blimey it feels cold here after being in 32 degrees for 2 weeks

We were on a 737 Max 8 too I’m still in TShirt and shorts as I’ve been busy today but the contrast in the temperature between Cyprus and here is vast As is the quality and pace of life

ON MY SORTIES NORTH............I get to meet a wide cross section of people from all walks of life across mainland UK after a bit of banter a quiet pint ... cough cough! .. the subject matter discussed is very widespread ... no phone signal or internet to spoil good old conversation into the early hours........ slight variations on opinions but apparently Scotland is short of people need more!!!!!
