Yep, agree. Sometimes I wish the folk appointing coaches are also accountable though. It is a fine line. Beale arguably should have resulted in others under real pressure or gone. Perhaps they were and redemption is emerging. I just think it is the easy out to sack the coach. But I am the arch defender of coaches as you know. Time is of the essence in coaching, the more you have the easier it is to judge. But this is an age old debate. Footy mirrors society in the instant gratification stakes really. We seem to lack patience.

Not sure clarke was forced to go, he made the decision that he was felt was best. Who knows if it'll work out in the long run but he's a grown man who made the decision to move - def wasn't forced to sign the deal I hope clarke smashes it, it's a deal that seems to have worked out for us at the minute
