Liverpool move for Drenthe It may not happen, but I can see Drenthe fitting into the setup. He's young and if the suggestion is true, he'll be available for a minimal outlay. he's quick and direct, he's scored 2 and created 3 and while he's made 8 appearances, 5 have been from the bench at the hour mark (he's averaged 49 minutes per game). He'd be great competition for Downing on the left wing (perhaps Downing would perform better on the right - cut in less?)
Get Lucas Moura hes the dogs bo**ox, gonna be an amazin player in the Rivaldo/Ronaldinho mould, and I think we could actually get him if we put the effort in,where as with someone like Eden Hazard we have got no chance
He may well turn out to be that good. The problem is that we're not at the head of the table any more, and besides that, the new TV rights deal in Brazil means that the best talent there doesn't have to be sold on to a European team. Lucas Moura may well not move to Europe. He'll certainly not move until the end of the season...
Liverpool are planning a £12m move for Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Jadson. Full story: Caughtoffside hmmmm
28! That old bastard! I still say Gourcuff is there, young, and now that his profile has gone down a bit, could get him for 15 mil. If we get him going, we will have a top top player on our hands ( AM position/playmaker)
Source: http://www.sportsvibe.co.uk/news/fo...rites-to-land-crystal-palace-wonderkid-13919/ He's a promising young player who has been excellent for Palace this season and has been linked with Premier League clubs before... Thoughts?
Would be a good move. He's a cheaper alternative to the likes of Hoillett and Moses, but by no means is he a worse player. Can play up front or on the wing, which is the sort of player we need.

Let's change that could to definite a good signing! i think he would fit in well, knows the pass and move style, can create on his own or for others. Would be a really good coupe, let's get Didi on the phone to him!
I was playing it cool Bluff, didn't want to come across all keen and scare him off! I've heard he's a regular browser of Not606...
haha, I hear ya, how old is he btw? I know our policy is this and that but if he was there and available, I believe we should go after him. We are also linked to a 17 year old prodigy called Ocampos from River. River traditionally produce loads of top players so could be good but I think it is like 15 mil for him !
Podolski would be good as it would give us an extra option to have whilst Carroll matures and settles in to our style a bit more. Anyone this sort of age can benefit our younger players just as Bellamy does. It makes sense as for example, Kenny wouldn't buy a youngish CM/RM if it means putting Hendo out of the picture after spending £16m on him. I can't see him spending £20m+ on a new CF when he has bought Carroll.
I would like to see us rob Drenthe off the bitter's just to piss them off, seriously though him, Zaha, Vargas, and Fer are good, versatile, and young so they fit the bill. I can't see us signing people like Podolski.
We've been linked with a defender... Source: http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/new...-Martinez-of-Real-Socieded-article841831.html
http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/media-watch/liverpool-win-race-to-sign-teen-star Liverpool have won the race to sign Wycombe teenage sensation Jordan Ibe. The Reds have beaten a host of other Premier League clubs, including Manchester United and Spurs, to the signature of one of the hottest prospects in the Football League. The 16-year-old, who shot to fame by scoring a wonder strike against Sheffield Wednesday in October, is in his final year at secondary school in South London and will make the move to Merseyside next summer for a fee of around £500,000. It is believed that the League One outfit decided cash in on the teenager before the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) comes into effect at the start of next season. The plan will see tribunals replaced with set tariffs for homegrown players. Source: TalkSport
Not sure if it is the same lad, but did he get booked after scoring that goal for celebrating with his mum and family?
