Deannnnooo! Make you right on every post above mate. I'll watch England again when they get players or a game plan that keep me awake. (We've just been watching a re-run of England v Holland in 96. Now, that's the style to set before deserving fans!)
England could possibly top that group. Yis will go through anyway lads. Can't see Irl getting out of that group what with Italy and Spain in there.
You don't have to watch if you don't like watching England. Me? I'll be cheering my head off as usual. COME ON ENGLAND!!!
Got to pity Denmark...no chance in hell! Mind you if you're Sneijder, Ronaldo or Ozil, you wouldn't bet money on your side's progress! --- My prediction is QFs: RUSSIA V NETHERLANDS SPAIN V FRANCE GERMANY V GREECE ENGLAND V ITALY --- SF's: NETHERLANDS V SPAIN GERMANY V ENGLAND --- Final: SPAIN V GERMANY --- Winners Euro 2012: GERMANY
fair play to you mate, and i hope they do well but you will probably be doing your nut instead of cheering
Just don't bother to watch 'em mate. Cheer for someone else or simply don't watch. I will support the country of my birth till the day I die, no matter who is in the team or how badly they are playing. I'll disagree with team selection/tactics at times, but I'll always, always support them!
Not disagreeing with you Deano cos I can see what you mean - but surely you've had experience of the same while watching QPR and you haven't given up?
Ireland games, June 10 Poznan V Croatia June 14 Gdansk V Spain June 18 Poznan V Italy Have been to Gdansk and it is a really nice city. Poznan is only 3.5 hours drive from Berlin so from a travel point of view, cheaper to get to and more choices of travel. Lots of Ryanair flights/Aer Lingus/Lufthansa etc. Just been checking all the websites and all the friggin airlines are charging astronomical amounts. Lufthansa to Berlin 8th-20th June is only 190 euro. The drive from Berlin to Poznan is 3.5 hours and 4 hours to Gdansk. Most of the airlines are charging 500 euro++ to fly direct to Poznan.
