The new MkII all sober Connolly got a runout at Sunderland this afternoon.

I am a basketball coach at amateur team on weekends, former player who quitted because of injury. I know enough, at least more than you. 5-10 players who return do not cover for 1000s who can't.

I did immediately say he’d done his ACL, although I was doubting myself when they had him jumping up and down and sent him back on!
Doesn’t look a great decision or great early assessment either.

 

We might but the Club and Rosenior seemed to really try and work with him.

Maybe he needed that final kick up the arse, the last chance saloon and at a club like Sunderland (who are the biggest club he’s ever played for).

 

Imagine if it was that coming back on that turned it from a partial tear to a full tear
