Yeah I listened to a podcast that was praising their recruitment in the summer but I didn't think they had done much to be ready for championship football

They lack any real championship quality tbh and def been the worst team I've seen consistently this season

 

I take absolutely no pleasure at all in seeing Pompey struggle.

 

I think they lack pace and power, which is a must at this level. Sheff Wed have steamrolled them physically in the 2nd half

 

Yep if you don't have those 2 things you have to be amazing technically n I think they are shocking technically

Not sure they have any championship quality players, I've always liked Lang but just never seems to have kicked on to be a championship player

 

I like Devlin but don't think he's a championship starter right now

 

Love seeing Portsmouth struggling

Good performance by Sheff Wed, still a big fan of their manager and he seems to have tweaked things after their bad run of results after we hammered them

They'll be a hard team to beat at home so reckon they will finish around mid table

Cracking goal by Smith, don't think I've ever seen him score from more than 10 yards out let alone a screamer like that

 

The bottom of the PL is a mess. Ipswich have 4 points from 8 games but are still outside of the bottom 3.

There’s another article in the Times today, they really seem to be on their case recently. They’re saying Isak wants out. Also they had eight starting players against Brighton who were there before the Saudis took control.
