Under 21's beat Cardiff Met 3.2 in a cup game tonight. The Met 2.1 up at 85 minutes then guess who scored for us on 86 and 90+2....... No prizes for guessing, Reindorf. When will he get a chance for the seniors? Hope he doesn't have to wait for the FA Cup Third Round. If he has no opportunities a loan to Div 1 or 2 awaits in January.
A good result for the team. I'd have Reindorf on the bench instead if Kanga or Meite. Even if he doesn't get on, or gets the odd 10 mins it'll be good for him. I know Riza will want experience on there to boost his chances, but one out of 9 subs still gives him plenty of experience to fall back on. We've wasted so many over the years.
Just watched the Under 21's game. First goal attributed to Reindorf was an og but brilliant strike for the winner. The team did well against a physically bigger Met side and each time they went a goal down they came straight back to equalise.
What do you think? Basically the article says that if a goalkeeper holds on to the ball for more than eight seconds then the opposition will be awarded a corner. Not sure I agree with a corner but I'm sure an early yellow card would focus the goalkeeper's mind for the remainder of the game. What I would like to know is what is 'Premier League 2'? Something must have escaped my attention.

No idea what the 2 is BT. On the point of early yellow cards it probably won’t happen as refs are too scared to act. Just look at any game and see how long keepers exceed the 8 second ‘rule’
Well done indeed! I don't know where TNS is but I'm guessing it's more north than south. I wonder if there's a reason that they didn't play in Wrexham. It's good if Shrewsbury though. I see they're in a group with Shamrock Rovers which brings back memories of our own adventures in Europe.
