Meanwhile back in reality, no Hull fans would boo us scoring a goal, booing goal music is a different matter. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
The playing of goal music was a huge success, after it the decibel level went through the roof and stayed there, a plethora of songs sung with gusto followed, and it inspired the players to score three more goals, oh ... The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
This 100%. I don't care about goal music either way in the slightest but I'd love to see us score more goals. That does get a crowd going.... Standing areas may improve the noise too....
Goals don’t necessarily get some crowds going. On the other hand some crowds are noisy before the game starts and continue like that even if their team doesn’t score hoping their encouragement spurs them on.
The toilets at the rear of the old west stand at Boothferry Park were an experience. I am surprised some people were not hospitalised after a visit there.
Of late, we've consistently had one of the worst home records in the entire football league and our scoring record is shocking. Blast ****ing Tom Hark as loud as you like and that won't change the atmosphere, it'll just accelerate our demise into yet another tinpot club. Tell you what will improve it - give the fans a reason to believe their team will win actually win a match. It's not rocket surgery.
That's a bit harsh Charlie. How about a rousing rendition of who ate all the pies to get you going you fat knacker.
3 Bolton fans who followed Gordon Moreton in there under the mistaken impression they were going to do him over were.
Anyone else think the ref was maybe a 'homer'?! Worse than Madely ... or maybe just wanted to hear the PSG after goal music?
Don't want goal music but wouldn't object to player music. The idea that after the original celebration of the goal it's announced who scored with their own music, this only works if we can make up a chant to go with the music
