This 100%. I don't care about goal music either way in the slightest but I'd love to see us score more goals. That does get a crowd going.... Standing areas may improve the noise too....
Goals don’t necessarily get some crowds going. On the other hand some crowds are noisy before the game starts and continue like that even if their team doesn’t score hoping their encouragement spurs them on.
The toilets at the rear of the old west stand at Boothferry Park were an experience. I am surprised some people were not hospitalised after a visit there.
Of late, we've consistently had one of the worst home records in the entire football league and our scoring record is shocking. Blast ****ing Tom Hark as loud as you like and that won't change the atmosphere, it'll just accelerate our demise into yet another tinpot club. Tell you what will improve it - give the fans a reason to believe their team will win actually win a match. It's not rocket surgery.

Don't want goal music but wouldn't object to player music. The idea that after the original celebration of the goal it's announced who scored with their own music, this only works if we can make up a chant to go with the music
