Farage getting his knickers in a twist coz his mate Trump has thrown his toys out of the pram over Labour activists campaigning for Kamala Harris. pair of thin skinned tosspots
Sorry mate, any context to what's happened? I saw something on SKY News about Trump and Labour donations, and foreign national contributions, not really taken any notice of it once I saw the name Trump, it all gets a bit boring. I just assumed 'Labour' was a general word being used, so is this something to do with the Labour Party that Starmer leads?
Yeah Labour activists, so the sort of people who go delivering leaflets and do campaigning during elections. In their free time they are allowed to do what they want, and a group of them have volunteered to go to key battleground states and help with the Harris campaign. As far as I know this is fairly standard practice, I think a lot of political activists involve themselves in all sorts of campaigns. Trump has had a bit of a pissy fit about it though and filed a complaint that it’s a foreign interference in an election (not that he seemed to have a problem with the Russians helping to get him elected) He’s compared it to the battle of Yorktown, during the American war of independence against the English lol. And his little lapdog Farage has jumped on it too, coz it’s got PR collateral to bash Labour with.
Which makes me wonder. Wasn’t Farage leader of UKIP and an MEP when he went flouncing over to the US to support Trump during his election campaign? Foreign interference unless you’re Farage or a Ruski lol
Farage is a ****ing hypocrite and a douchebag. Besides, it can backfire spectacularly when foreigners weigh in on domestic affairs. Anyone remember David Cameron calling his mate Obama over to the UK to lecture us all on why we should stay in the EU during the brexit referendum? Worked wonders!
Elon Musk trying to bribe voters to vote for Trump in swing states by giving one person $1m each day until the election if they sign up to back his Free speech and Gun rights pledge. https://www.reuters.com/world/us/el...iveaway-tests-limits-election-law-2024-10-21/
Not gonna lie, I'd switch my vote for a $1m. I'd vote for the Monster raving Looney part if I was promised a million quid!
That’s the trouble. It’s bribing people to vote in a certain direction. Whilst not overtly saying vote Trump, it’s as good as. That said, who wouldn’t be tempted for $1m
I’d do it for a strawberry ice cream Crystal bar and a fiver. Musk is such a weird ****. Just sit on a yacht getting a double blowjob from underwear models you freak. Unlimited money in the bank- could you be arsed wasting your time on this ****?
