I am am looing forward to tommorow as its always a cracker at Villa park, I feel we need to kick on in the league now and get the 3 points or we may be slipping too far from City.
If they beat Norwich they are 8 points ahead so the pressure will be on and we need goals, its not easy but our play at times is flowing yet the final ball/shot is very poor and I fear if it continues we will be lucky to finish 3rd.
Hernandez has won us matches but missed a few against Newcastle,Rooney has been fanastic at creating but has not scored many goals and Nani seems to have put away his scoring boots(apart from for Portugal). Young did well early on but has been mediocre the last few matches and Valencia and Park seem ineffective.
Wellbeck adn Cleverley has been missed but Rooney and Hernandez were ripping teams apart at first, I dont see why we have been so poor recently.

Just want us to play some good football and win some matches with style but it seems so far away at the moment.

    Welcome to the forum <ok>

I usually look forward to games against Villa, however on current form I'd be lying if I said I was looking forward to this.

Hopefully this will be the game where we turn the corner.

Thanks, I hope so too. Villa are not great this season but you are right current form is crap, my instinct says we win though.

I still remember last season We were some 10 or 15 points behind Chelsea , and we yet managed to win the league ; I know conditions are being different these days , but we must believe in the manager's tactics and have faith on ourselves to win the league , that's the best we fans can do at the moment , rest is up to the players , God Bless Them , Amen !

Everyone knows United rarely score more than once; so everyone fancies their chances v them; even at Old T

That's quality. You're now in 'corner turning' mode. I remember the s..t you gave us lot whenever someone said we'd turned the corner last season. That might come back and bite you in the arse, Eric <ok>

Welcome to the boards. At this stage of the season I'm just happy when we're winning most of our games and picking up points. It's the team that can grind out the results in winter that usually wins the title - let's save the style and quality performances until March then the CL starts up again and it really matters <ok>

I'm predicting a hard game for us tomorrow, big pressure on us to get 3 points. A comprehensive win would be ideal aswell!!

The difference is though Red, is that you have been turning the corner for 20 years. United don't win for 2 games (one of which was our second team ) and ever rival fan on here is talking of our 'crisis'.

Is De Gea being rested? Also a very strong bench.
