Really boring observation, but has anyone noticed they seem to use the badge in th le tweet of what they will be wearing for the match? I thought it at the weekend but haven't noticed long enough to see if I'm right .
yeah you're right mate, we switch the graphic colours and design accents to the style of kit we wear that day too
They almost got it right with the away support, 1344 … … I’d guess there’ll be a hundred or so the home sections. Anyone going, remember they’re a bit backwards down there. They have a habit of leaving their pub next to the station, Wheelwright iirc, when the away supporters arrive then mingle in looking for trouble. The flashpoint is usually at the bottom of the flyover steps … … either there or when you reach the ground and the away fans split off for their end. They really are a bunch of throwbacks. please log in to view this image Another away day, another sold out away end! See 1,344 you at Kenilworth Road!
Hope I'm wrong but I think we're in for an uncomfortable evening. I hate these tight tiny grounds, come out of this with something, and I'll start believing we're the real deal like.
Are Luton still this 'physical' team people keep saying they are? A lot of different players now since the PL right?
Originally I thought that only the second goal against Watford involved their use of the dark arts -but all three seem to come from a dive, wrestle or a not so subtle push off the ball
Against Boro we were pulled up for 8 fouls, 10 at Hull iirc … … Luton had 22 against Watford. It suits the mentality of the weird pseudo~Cockneys who inhabit the place.
Stay cool, boss the midfield quieten the crowd and play the 2 quick lads up front (Isidor and Mundle) and the points will be ours. OaU
