I’d have Browne in for experience.

but to suggest it’s for more physicality are underestimating riggs bite and physical side of his game

Personally think it’ll be very tough and avoiding defeat I’ll be delighted. They’re going to make this game gritty. The lads have to dig in.

Browne is good in the air, sub him off around 65 after they have blown them selves out

TBH if Ballard had been fit I would have played him at CB and move Luke to Right back with Hume on the right of midfield, lets see them try and rough house us then, Resting Rigg and Roberts putting in Browne and Ballard, fight fire with fire, 65 minutes then we go for them

    HA'WAY THE LADS

    MACKEMS ATTACKEM

Top class match day thread as always @RTB :emoticon-0150-hands

And aye, agree with what a lot have posted. Could be an awkward game this and a tester for the lads.

It's a cracking season for us up to now and another win away from home will be fantastic.

The only blip for me was after the Middlesbrough game. I travelled back A1/M62, I normally use A66/M6.

I don't like cruise control and my new car is a lot quieter and comfy than the other. My speed kept creeping up a bit on those notorious for camera roads. <whistle>
It was a long wait for a ticket or more FFS but thankfully I never got one :emoticon-0148-yes:
    <laugh>

Can't wait to get to another game. Unfortunately working tomorrow night for this one :(

    Cooooomon.

One of the things that makes Rigg stand out for his age is his aggression. He isnt afraid of putting his foot in and he is a very willing tracker.

Browne is not a bad player at all. But for me the bare reality is he is 4th best centre midfielder at the club. It may be rotation starts to be needed and he plays games more and more. But as it stands Rigg, Jobe and Neil are all better players for me. Regis seems to think so too. Must be frustrating for Browne as I am sure he thought he would be first choice. That said he seems a good pro so knuckle down, improve and forcd Regis to make a decision in your favour if you can.

We have been troubled with the physical aspect in the past but I believe we have too much skill for them.
Expecting a penalty or even two. Just a win would suffice. A comfortable win would be fab. Good football would be a bonus.

Really looking forward to Mayenda being fit again. Suddenly we have 3 centre forwards I am looking forward to watching. Prior to the weekend Isidor hadnt convinced me, but that was some goal. Pace is a killer, but when you add finishing to it, you have a special combo.

Sorry mate. I mean that 09 went on runs high up the pitch and mepo was on the cover.

09 did jump in at least 3 different occasions and got skinned , twice towards the half way line and once outwide.

I have also watched this back. It's no drama like but just saying he probably needs to be a touch more careful instead of selling himself as the Mepo won't be so elite all the time.

Minute 27, 33 spring to mind. Was another one too.

He had a canny game just specifically remember someone who is far more better at analysis than me, mention it to me.

Feeling confident about tomorrow night, expect a bombardment and think we will cope.

Starting to not fear anyone as if we turn up we will do a job on any team in this league

I got done last year 33 in a 30 zone, in the other halfs electric car, you dont realise how fast you are going when your engine isnt whining, did a speed awareness course, what a condescending c*** the bloke who did the course was

I remember first half towards the left side 09 had a couple of wobbles, it was near me, second half I thought he was much more solid and had a good second half, but haven’t seen the game online, just memory.

Browne in for Rigg. This gives us more experience and savvy to deal with Luton’s physicality. I could see them targeting Rigg for some rough treatment, which he might react to as I reckon he can be a bit feisty.

The one who might relish a bit of a scrap is Rusyn. He doesn’t seem to mind putting himself about. Bring him on for the last 20 minutes. It could be just the sort of game for him.

I’d be happy with a draw and no injuries/ suspensions for the weekend.

I think Rigg is more than capable of dealing with physical treatment. There's isn't much the kid can't do.
