Pretty **** Decent concept, some good funny bits & great but brief cameo's from Stephen Merchant & Barry from Eastenders But I must admit some of the script was just stupid. Okay, its a world where nobody lies, they all tell the truth..........but that doesn't automatically mean they say everything surely? It starts with Gervais at Jennifer Garners house about to go on a date, she opens the door & admits that she's late getting ready because she was masterbating - after the image of that had gone from my heard I wondered why the **** she had to mention that? He hadn;t said were you masterbating? He hadn;t said why aren;t you ready yet? A few minutes later she says she must go upstairs to the toilet, she might masterbate again to finish herself off - quite humouress in a shock kinda way. But its a world where they don;t lie, not a world where they say everything they think As I said decent concept, was good when he told his mom there was life after death & then had to explain to the whole world what the man in the skys rules are for going to the better place
I'd say it was pretty decent - not much new out at the moment so worth a swatch for sure if your short of a film this weekend. Agree that some of the dialogue was a bit ****ed up like though 7.5/10
Was joking, you said 2 Brums, I was just playing on it by making out it was **** when yesterday I said it was good
In all seriousness its a good film. Not great, but better than most of the **** thats been released recently. Its a bit slow with witty remarks throughout rather than laugh out loud moments.
