In my experience of organisations it is more likely that some junior arselicker does such things in the mistaken belief that he or she will be rewarded.

So you're suggesting that Wes Streeting was responsible...?

So list these instances then. We've asked the question - so come up with the examples. And quoting the Fail or Kuennsbergs ramblings isn't evidence! <laugh>

Sometimes people don't say anything because they have nothing to say.

But in happier news, the man who swore he'd leave the UK if Labour won the Election appears to have stayed long enough to park his ostentatious Roller on a Westminster bollard!!! <laugh>

Will Trump invade Britain if you don't agree with him?

Then post the facts that support your position and allow us all to be enlightened.
Particularly...which two tiers are you referring to and what has Starmer done to deserve that name.

Interesting definition of trolling. You alternate between saying I am being ridiculous for not agreeing with your 'truth' and ignoring requests for evidence that what you say is true. If that isn't trolling then I'm not sure what would qualify.

‘Evidence’ has been offered to you by several posters but you won’t accept it because it doesn’t fit your narrative on two tier kier.

I ask again....WHAT 'evidence'? Suggestions are not evidence. Where others are more likely the source or cause, that is certainly not evidence. As yet unconfirmed divergence from Manifesto commitments is not evidence.
If this is your position and argument then back it up yourself. Otherwise this stops being a constructive debate and becomes like just another conversation with Roy.

I don't have any narrative. You are making an accusation and refusing to even say what you mean by 'two tier' so how can anyone have posted evidence to support you.
