There's easily 7 better sides..I actually think a bad season is a good thing. They'll come again.

I was guilty of having unrealistic expectations post takeover, but I realised a while back that Newcastle's wealth is almost irrelevant.

The rules were tightened and just now they're trying to again.

Newcastle are being voted and restricted out of opportunity.

The last few months have been difficult but it’s a lot longer that we’ve lacked decisiveness. Hard to understand where we are or where we want to go.

That’s a good point where the **** was Kelly today. And man has he been **** since he came.

He’s extremely average and a Howe signing all day long.

    Man I’m bored of this.

Howes always ruling out anything exciting himself.

He's a safe pair of hands... the Volvo of the league of managers

I think a lot of us are. But I don’t know what the club actually wants. There’s the odd soundbyte from people about being the best, but we’re not really showing anything above what id call average for our club. I think we may have been a little hoodwinked on the actual ambition. It’s not doom and gloom, but it’s just not the promise of trophies so far. Maybe some of us are in a microcosm and it’s a long game but short term we just look so, so flat.

Over 7 hours since we scored a goal from open play.

If at work I was asked to do the same thing day after day, week after week for two years or more I’d be ****ing bored. The players look bored.

Howe needs to go. I don’t know when or how we can make that decision and with the abject lack of proactivity I’m not even confident we’d make a good decision. Like I say we’re just excruciatingly flat and uninteresting. The problem is if we don’t do anything, the TV money is going to start to dry up. The initial inertia we had from the takeover is pretty much dead, and we’re now becoming Howes Bournemouth of a few years ago - dreadfully predictable and dull.

Compare it with Emerys Villa, a similarly sized club. They are on a clear upward trajectory, getting good results, playing well and it feels like silverware is a matter of time. Here? It’s just a boring procession. We heard that Euro football was a curse - ****ing bullshit. We should’ve marched on, bought big and gone for it. But we had Howe wanting to stick loyally with the likes of Burn and Longstaff. Hes a ****ing small time plodder, got too big for his boots and now he’s getting annoyed - reportedly - because we aren’t playing exactly the same way as we did two years ago.

Wow this bed is ****ing soaked.

We lost a game, we're in 8th place, is reasonable after 8 games. Doesn't mean we'll never make top 6, we're gonna get relegated, Howe has to be sacked and the club's falling apart.

Arsenal just lost to Bournemouth, are they slashing their wrists about it? No cos the reality is they're still in 3rd place and 1 point off top.

Let’s pin this and come back in a few weeks. 8th after 8 is poor. Performances are bad. Results are bad. We should be lower, Bournemouth should’ve won, their goal was legit.

I'm not necessarily saying we'll get better.... I'm not a time traveler and don't know the future results, nor do you. But if you wanna pin this in the hope we'll lose all our games in the next few weeks so you can go "wah wah, I told you so" then feel free.

What do you mean "we should be lower"? We ****ing aren't, we're where the results have put us in the table.

    Get a grip.
