Anybody got any thoughts on that Exeter bumper? I'm really keen on Southfield Theatre and Sporting Life show him around 14s .............. think the top one may struggle under the penalty and it could become a bit of a slog in the ground. Can't get on fugees from work - has Stick posted owt on the bumper? I know they used to be his favourite races ..........
Does anybody else think Bostons Angel is quite big at 13/8? This is the RSA winner, beat Quito De La Roque, Wayward Prince and many others who seem to be fancied this year!!
I keep telling you people the RSA form from last season is Piss Poor, both with a capital 'P'. The only winner to come out of the race is Quel Esprit at 8/13. Terrible race and I doubt any of them are up to the top level.
I'm convinced the RSA finishes alot of horses - so many winners have not gone on in their second season (Denman being a notable exception - it really takes a "tank" to win that race and go on the season after)
Oddy, best not have. I was going to back that thing today but decided to play 'sensibly' and only back the nap
Slight aftertiming but he did look a big price considering he's got some decent form in the book. Didn't back him mind!
Yeah I took on the two favs as thought RSA form working out poor and royal charm wouldn't get the distance , unfortunately I backed quinz to rediscover last years form , looks like he's being campaigned with the national in mind
I doubt it is that positive. He looks a shadow of himself and I suspect connections are ruing the decision to let him take his chance in the National this year. He broke a blood vessel at Aintree and looks to have done the same this afternoon. He did stop very quickly.
ok cheers zen didnt get to see the race. ive done the hudnails in the next @ exeter along with southfield theatre in the bumper e/w singles and an e/w double
