The other damning thing about today was we didn’t just gift them goals by losing the ball in stupid areas like every other game. We actually looked pretty good in the main, but we still couldn’t get the job done. Very weak mentally as we all know and, sure, the ref definitely played a part, but if we can’t see out a 2-0 lead at half time at home against one of the poorer sides in the league, when we don’t gift them goals, then it doesn’t fill you with confidence as to when they can get a win

Agree, Fraser has plenty of experience too though. He should be hanging his head in shame today.

It's a sad situation. We all love Martin. We all enjoyed what he did last season, and we'll always be thankful to him for it.

But 8 games without a win now, with some "easier" games and football is a results based business.

Yeah didn't watch today, thank f*ck, but you can't be bottling two home games in a row to relegation rivals.

Cheers for everything, Russ. Time we rolled the dice though (yelp).

Make subs that are based on how the game has played out - and not ones that seem so obvious and premeditated that they were decided before kick off??

Watch the replay from the Ipswich equaliser at some point over the international break and decide to place at least one player outside the 6 yard box??

I have to disagree, there's every point in sacking him. Football is very results orientated and currently RM can't get one. Whether this down to poor substitutions, game management, poor quality coaching and not learning from previous mistakes or simply inadequate tactics something is not working and to carry on with RM in my humble opinion is a road to disaster. I'm sure there are better managers out there, ones with previous experience of the Premiership who could gel this side into a more combative unit that's not littered with mistakes and can see out a two goal lead!

Not hopeful for Man City then? Although we have a chance against Stoke City afterwards to pick up momentum? Perhaps not. Time for some red vino and move on I think!!!!

Oh mighty saints what are you doing. Russel out for me he hasn’t got a clue how to play the better teams to give us a chance!! As for the ref….. he should be shot!!!!! So poor

STOP BLAMING THE REF that's 8 games without a win. Was he in charge each time?

What Martin failed to do was react when Leicester brought Fatuwu on. Did he forget what he did last season against us? And he had Manning up against him. He eventually brought Fraser on but that was because Sugawara had a knock. What he should have done is bring Sulemana on and have him track Fatuwu with Manning doubling up. Instead he brings him on for Dibling and he has absolutely no effect on the game. The whole second half was an absolute mess from Martin and he does not learn his lesson.

Totally agree with the comments about RM getting the substitutions wrong.
I said at the start of the second half that he needed to stand firm and not sub off the attacking players and go defensive.
Taking Fernandes and then Dibling* off, when they are the only players that play on the half turn and who can hold on to the ball and progress it upfield and replacing them with players who don’t do that just worked in Leicester’s favour.
It took me back to the times when we would be under the cosh and Koeman would take Tadic off and replace him with someone who couldn’t trap a bag of wet cement, let alone keep the ball long enough for the rest of the team to reshape.
Sulemana can’t be relied on to do that

*Maybe Dibling wasn’t fully fit, having withdrawn from the international games?

    Na, his subs killed us.

That isn’t to say Taylor’s performance wasn’t appalling.

He was having a go at Taylor at the end of the game.

What did he say in his interview?
