Leeds sold their best players, haven’t really replaced them, yet are still seen as warm favourites in most games ...

Not really one for the celeb death bants but I read Steve Bruce’s baby grandson died.

 

This has got one nil Sheffield written all over it.

 

Started off a good game but very meh. Was hoping for some violence and general carnage.

 

Yeah I'll probably give up in about ten minutes or so and read a book instead.

 

Slowly getting through a biography of Duncan Ferguson. Surprisingly interesting.

Appalling defending. Should never be conceding a shot from a low corner there.

 

Generally only like sports biographies if they're controversial figures and I guess he kind of fits that bill. Let me know if worthwhile once finished and I might grab it.

Nothing will ever beat Tyson's though for me.

 

Merson and Tony Adams’ are very good. Probably the best football book I’ve ever read is ‘The miracle of Castel di Sangro’. Should do a thread really.

 

Yeah I really liked Adams. Not arsed on Merson.

I read miracle of Castel di Sangro a month or two back and think I mentioned it on here. Great book and definitely one I'll read again at some point.
