A howler. The good thing is his game is over on the Sunday same as trent so we have a team assembling with a good bit of training time. France and the Netherlands play tomorrow Scotland and portugal on Tuesday If we go mostly European v Chelsea we could go Kelleher Trent konate vvd Robertson Gravenberch jones Salah Szoboszlai gakpo Jota We'd have a few days of training together there with most having most of the week. I've no idea why the fixtures for internationals have been front loaded this time but it certainly helps us out.
Well I am shocked at this. Tommy tuchel as England manager. Look at all the boxes he ticks Negative manager. Check. German, not just Johnny foreigner. Check Spikey sort thst falls out with everyone. Check. Yeah. I really can't see how this one will go wrong at all.
Who knows but if we wanted a 5 at the back negative 1-0 manager to succeed the negative 8 men back, 0-0 will do manager we had i suppose he is ideal. Until he falls out with everyone
Bradley captained side to a 5-0 win tonight. Brilliant for him. Robertson Scotland held Portugal to a 0-0 as well.
Nothing changes for me; I'll stick to not watching England Maybe so, but boring as **** to watch. As I've always maintained; if rather win jack **** and be entertained (obviously, I'd prefer to do both...)
If by the other side you mean the managers themselves, I'm sure they cry all the way to the bank with their compensation cheques.
Apparently NI have the strongest team they have had for many years, and a lot of them are youngsters who may well improve. Be interesting to see if they qualify for the WC or Euro
Think they’ve gone through a couple years of pain where lot of the older players retired and have had to bed in a lot of the youngsters but hopefully over next few years they get benefits
These things go in cycles I suppose Is there any real effort to develop via academies in Northern Ireland? I've no idea. I did a cursory scan of the last result and as good as it sounds Bulgaria have been an absolute shadow of the former glory for many years and most of the ni players are playing championship or Scotland so I've no idea if they are any good or it's down to a consistent management team and structure. Compare to Wales where they are on yet another manager and are still thinking they have a bale hangover (yet a lot of their issues seems to be conceding poor goals) Who knows. Anyway my opinion on England is that the full introduction of the home grown rules across the board since 2010/11 season (14 years ago) we have seen a growth of english options Yes some clubs like lfc got involved in robbing kids across Europe but the majority of clubs could not and so there was opportunity for players across the board. Imo the traditional routes for Welsh and ni kids moving to English clubs have been brought back slightly so more players come through. Right now England probably have 5 options (not all great) for every position (yes even lb) and itll be down of whatever manager to pick who thry like to make the best of it. Imo of course they should be right in the mix to win things with those options. NI on the other hand just don't have the options but can out perform expectations amd deliver results if they keep the same team fit.
Are you getting this from an actual reliable source or a made up fantasy if an article put out there due to a question asked of the drugged up moron thst he didn't just say no?
