3. Not sure how I did that as I was trying to see if I could find any Hughies from the 3 Juicies I had and bingo ….5 turned over!
Birdie today but don't know how. 2-1 to the juiceys, became the first three hughies, had several words rejected until I landed the right one which I've never heard of before..Consider that a bit of an escape.
A fortunate birdie 3 to start the week off. Could have been a tricky one, but came across this word a few times last week. Weekly chart to follow later.
Morning all from the Whitty household. A difficult one in my opinion and a very lucky par 4 for me and bogey for Mrs W. Never heard of the words or indeed my 3rd guess which was just random letters. ME GOYOO GGGOO GGGOO GGGGG MRS W YOOOO OYGYO OYGYO GGGOO GGGGG
Les Dawson again , three juicies, one converted to no.3, no.s 3 & 5 and a juicy before a ridiculous guess revealed a ridiculous word for a bliddy bogey
Looking back, I think I was a bit unlucky as I obviously had the worst 2 greens I could have had. 12 diferent letters I used in all, 6 of those once the greens were established. I was very quick coming up with words but could easily have failed I reckon. Glad to see I wasn't the only one finding it difficult to nail. That would easily been a 3/4 by eliminating all previously used words and Words that aren't included in the GAME dictionary. There can only be around 1100 words left that are valid answers, and with around 13,000 words accepted as guesses that leaves around 11,900 wrong words to choose from We definely need an element of luck..................... and I'm not getting any Well, that's not actually true. I was definitely in luck last week please log in to view this image
this one done me right in never heard of this word had to google what it ment, only got it by changing the 1st letter and going through the alphabet, had a slip up on guess 4
A birdie today One juicy two juicies and a hughie Took me ages to even get a word and then all went green
Chart for the Week. Another bit of a tough week by the looks of things. X4 fails for the week (and quite a few double bogeys), X3 in the 30's club, and only X6 scores under 25. Star of the week looked a foregone conclusion going into the final day. However, an eagle for Blondies Lad Niall and a par for @cumbrianmackem means top spot is shared this week, with both on an excellent score of 20. Great stuff. @Blond Bombshell, make sure you tell him mind. Runner-up spot is also shared, with @flandersmackem and @malagamackem both on 22. Honourable mentions to @Whittylad with 23 and @King Kareoke with 24. A slightly different Honorable mention this week to @Gordon Armstrong for his birdie pic on Tuesday, an absolute stunner. (Though sadly for @Ron, isn't a barmaid). As mentioned there's x3 in the 30's club, and the closest we've been to a 40's club.
