I don't like coming up with short priced favs but when they look well overpriced I can't help myself

Hornsea Bay is 6/5 and I would have him odds on so £50 on him should go towards a nice evening out with the other half

Bambalam re-opposes with a pull of 7lb but I can't see that being enough, such was the authority with which the former won

14:35 Bath - Sisters In The Sky

A Class-6 Handicap dash over 5f on heavy ground. One who has proved himself in current track conditions is this Showcasing gelding. Hopefully it will give a good account. Cheek-pieces on, as in previous runs. Finlay Marsh rides for the Grace Harris stable.

5/2 best price early-doors, in nearly all places on the ATR site.

Won at 5/2 SP jf by 1-3/4 L. Well, although nothing to write home about, makes a nice change from some pretty dire efforts from me of late. Good ride by young Finlay Marsh for the nearby Grace Harris yard. :emoticon-0142-happy

Unlucky there Ron, IMO, if it wasn't for the penalty, HB would have won. The first 2 were well clear of the remainder

Yes I've been unlucky this week. 2 bankers that went to odds on after posting. One fell at the last when 8 or 9l clear, and won beaten a nk

Can't afford many losers at these odds (Evs and 6/5)
