Reading a lot of references to and comparisons with the opening game with Liverpool, and I'm not surprised. Feels like we have a completely different team to the one that won so many plaudits. We've effectively had to run preseason again. Which - from a certain point of view - makes it all the more impressive we're not in the relegation places.
Harness did look lively. He was never the strongest Championship player but the Prem might have suited him. I think McKenna could have shown a bit more faith in the players that had already done a job for him.
