It was GT who recognised RJ's potential strengths, and moulded him into the player he became simply by setting up his teams to play to them. I'm guessing that TC is no GT - yet.

To be honest I half expected him to struggle - he was good at Championship level but I had my doubts about his ability to step up. Still - thanks for the transfer fee...
I think he needed another season with us. He's still an excellent fit. January loan back wouldn't go amiss!!
