Didn't think we'd get a result today, it looked a nil nil for a bit but we're just inviting pressure all the time...we're just a very poor side full stop at the moment
The fact is that we are very short on quality and leaders.A shortage of goals and poor defending is what gets you relegated.
We're playing like prime Gareth Ainsworth era, I suppose the difference is marti has a track record of turning it around, so yeah I still trust him.
What worries me is that most other teams, with one or two exceptions, are showing that on their day, they can beat anyone. Plymouth have picked up and beat Blackburn today, Hull beat us in and amongst losing 3 out of their last 5. All teams seem capable of winning, we just can't buy a win. Our form is really worrying - hope Marty can make this international break work.
That's ridiculous. I don't dislike Cifuentes and I always want Rangers to succeed. I said from quite early on, though, that the blind faith in him wasn't warranted. He's not the Messiah, he's a very naughty boy.
Im coming to LR for the Pompey match. Hope this team dont be so featherweight then….it seems they lose 80 per cent of those duals and 50/50 balls…. Chair in the opening XI then and hope that JCS and Coleback back. We need some griitting teeth then!!!
Weak as piss all of them. That was an absolute disgrace from start to finish. You can have all the ideas and tactics you want but ultimately it’s about having some bollocks and winning your individual battles and we’ve again been bullied by, on paper, a mediocre team because of that.
It's difficult to see what the plan is with this team. Poor passing and getting bullied off the ball. Hardly tackling. Pedestrian and too slow in the build up and then giving the ball away. Absent players who have no positive effect on the game. Where's the team that played at home to Leeds and West Brom last season? Every time we look for a reaction after a poor performance there isn't one and if anything it's worse. Hopefully they can sort it out during the break because Pompey at home is just about the best fixture you could hope for following this run of games.
No worries, but what a feckin’ shambles we are, the lads got dogs abuse when they came over to the away end
