We remain at home for our third fixture in a week, and another lunchtime kick off. After a midweek draw with Leeds, Norwich will hope to make it three wins in the last four against Tim Walter's side. Josh Sargent returned to the scoresheet against Leeds, netting from the spot in the first half.

Squad update
Chrisene - Concussion misses this games
Sorensen/Fassnacht - targeting return after the international break
Gibbs - out for 10 weeks
Hernandez - out for 10 weeks
Barnes - Back in boot for achillies injury - this is a new set back - may need surgery
Springett - out until Christmas
Cordoba - should be fit enough for the squad, late decision to be made
Marcondes - new signing possibly available from the bench

The Opposition

Hull City are ninth in the Sky Bet Championship table with an almost identical record to the Canaries. They are above City in the table by virtue of having conceded one goal less. After a rocky start, the Tigers are currently on a three-game winning streak.

They will of course have Abu Kamara in their ranks, who chose to leave Norwich in the summer but doesn’t seem to have gained much more game time at Hull.

The Manager
Tim Walter

German head coach Tim Walter was appointed as Liam Rosenior's successor during the summer. After starting his coaching life with Karlsruher, Walter joined Bayern Munich where he went from their academy programme to head coach of Bayern Munich II. In May 2018, he became head coach at Holstein Kiel in 2. Bundesliga and has since managed VfB Stuttgart and Hamburg.

Positive vibes!!!

ON THE BALL CITY!!!

Quality thread as usual buddy.

Keep up the good work.

Cordoba being available is good news.

A slightly different topic concerning today's match but once again our club is leading on Mental Health awareness after the excellent video it produced last season. Before today's game is a 'Minute Unsilenced' encouraging a quick chat with those sitting around you to ask how they are doing. Someone dies as a result of suicide every 90 minutes. So proud of our club for leading the way with this initiative and encouraging other clubs to do likewise.
I will be there today and will have no problem talking to those next to me, if they wish to. Who knows what a difference one conversation may make today.

The trouble with the injury list is that a lot of those are long term, so there is no sign of it shortening any time soon either - it could get worse

I can see Marcondes coming on in the second half no matter what. Probably to replace Crnac, who will have scored two by then. Hoff talked about earlier subs to really lighten the work load of the players going off, which makes sense.

I agree we will likely see him come on at some stage, but wide right is not a position he has much, if any, experience in (AM, CF and wide left). So replacing Crnac would involve Sainz or someone else moving over to wide right.
