has anyone got an alternate angle of the goal?
    and grats on the point

    from my neutral pov
i think leeds just had more clinical finishing, but that was a game between two top four teams imo
i think maybe sunderland lack experience over 46 games though

Really pleased to see Watson being trusted with minutes in big games.

The way they're feeding him minutes you have to think they are setting him up for a breakthrough.

Both teams poor. Wanted to defend a lead rather than attack.

discounting Leeds first that was offside no chances created bar one for each team

point fair result not deserved winner imo

Jobe again covering loads of ground , cruises round the pitch , receives the ball and is so strong . The thing is all the players are working hard , every time Robert’s got away they tripped him , no cards given .

No player had a bad game today but Think Hume needs to get another card take the suspension so he can play his normal game as he seems to be worrying about it as I think it’s a long way to them starting again .There’s enough strength to cover him for a couple of games .

i still hate sky games, two in half a week is ridiculous scheduling, the too long view of the fans legging it out of the ground like the 5-00 whistle at the shipyards, was fuming at them to be honest, the lads needed them there and singing.

...and yes i know they pay the money etc but 10 minutes is not going to kill them ffs.

Cirkin was MoM for me too. Actually thought that the Browne sub hurt us a bit. That whole thing of Browne being the advanced presser doesn’t work - but Jobe is just too good in the thick of it to push forward. Thought Jobe was really good too. Tempted to say he’s our best and most important player. Just a monster. No bad performances really - which against one of the best in the league is a very good thing. We’re genuinely a contender.

We just can't do the play offs again. Zero promotions in 6 play offs!

Agree, but he should have made them take it from the correct position and then to top it off he was telling Roberts to get out of the box when he was trying to cut angles off between defender and keeper. Surely he should know that it is only goal kicks/free kicks in the box that forwards have to stay outside?? Unbelievable <doh>

Played OK first 15, ****e after 1st half.

Didn't create much. Take a point and move on.

Lads need a rest and need the injured players back to rotate the team

Started well , pace and energy , deserved the early lead. Thought it was our night yet again. Decent side Leeds and fought their way back. 1st goal , an interception by LON fell straight to their man who crossed to a debatable offside. Leeds second we get in a tangle with defender and goalie. These things happen so no point being critical. On balance a fair point each and both sides will be contenders for top six. Game was a hurdle for us and we proved we're not that far away.

The table still looks canny going into the international break..

We definitely didn't. From my eyes anyway. Thought we were really poor after 15 minutes. Thought Leeds were solid and it was a perfect away performance. ..

Still loving it and in the rose celebration
